What should I do if I have a scheduling conflict ?

In case of an impediment or unforeseen event, you can extend your mission or remove it from your account directly.

To extend your mission by a few days:

  • Log in to your account;
  • Go to the “My Missions” tab;
  • Click on the “Extend My Mission” button;
  • A pop-up window will show you the number of days that have been added to your mission.
    • Note: A maximum number of days is set for each mission. Some missions cannot be extended.

To cancel your mission:

  • Log in to your account; 
  • Go to the ‘My missions’ tab; 
  • Click on the ‘Cancel mission’ button; 
  • Confirm the cancellation by clicking ‘Confirm’. 

This way, the mission will be officially put back online to allow another mystery shopper to select it.
