How do I manage my locations? 

To manage your locations: 

  • Log in to your mystery shopper account. 
  • Click on the profile bubble located at the top right corner of the screen. 
  • Select “My Profile Information.” 

Under “My Profile Information,” you will find “MY LOCATIONS.” 

To add a location: 

  • Click on “Add locations.” 
  • Check the type of location. 
  • Enter the city name. 
  • Enter the postal code. 
  • Or : Click on “Use my current location”. 

Note that if a popup appears asking you to accept the location, you must click “Accept” to allow the application to enter your location. 

  • Click on “Confirm.” 

To modify a location: 

  • Click on the edit button to the right of the location you want to modify. 
  • Check the type of location. 
  • Enter the city name. 
  • Enter the postal code. 
  • Or : Click on “Use my current location”.

  • Click on “Confirm.” 

To delete a location: 

  • Click on the edit button to the right of the location you want to delete. 
  • Click on “Delete.”
