You can cancel your registration at any time.   

 Here’s how:  

•  Log in to your mystery shopper account;  

•  Click on the profile icon at the top right of the screen;  

•  Click on ‘’Settings’’;   

•  At the bottom right of the page, click on the “Delete account” button; 

•  Click on “Confirm’’; 

•  Click ”Delete” again to confirm.  

 If you have not completed any missions, your data will be completely deleted. In the event that missions have been completed on your account, the data entered in the questionnaires will remain accessible to us, but your personal data will be entirely deleted.
